EPIC Events designs and organizes tailor-made professional events, including seminars, conferences, product launches, corporate parties, anniversaries, incentive trips, and hybrid formats. We work with companies of all sizes, both locally and internationally.
We also organize private events such as weddings, baptisms, and private celebrations.

How does the planning process work?

Each project begins with a listening phase. We analyze your needs, objectives, budget, and constraints, and then develop a creative and operational concept.
Once approved, we coordinate all service providers, manage logistics, and ensure a discreet on-site presence on the day of the event.

Do you work with SMEs or only large companies?

We work with companies of all sizes.
Whether it is a seminar for 20 people or a gala event for 800 guests, our approach is tailored to your needs and resources.
To date, we have organized a wide variety of events and incentives, ranging from 2 to over 4,000 participants.

Do you also handle entertainment and decoration?

Yes. Epic Events offers comprehensive event concepts, including scenography, entertainment, artistic performances, decoration, lighting, and visual branding aligned with your identity.

Can we entrust you with only the logistical coordination?

Absolutely. We offer modular services: either full event management or specific services such as transport coordination, technical logistics, or guest management.

What are your response and preparation times?

We are committed to responding quickly to all inquiries.
For medium-sized events, we generally recommend a preparation time of 6 to 8 weeks to ensure optimal organization.
However, we remain flexible and can also handle short-term or urgent projects, subject to availability.

Do you offer environmentally friendly event solutions?

Yes. We integrate sustainable practices into our services, including eco-friendly mobility, local suppliers, digitalization, waste management, and carbon offsetting. We can also design eco-responsible events upon request.
Some events already delivered have been certified as “Green Events.”
