  • Yes. Epic Events offers comprehensive event concepts, including scenography, entertainment, artistic performances, decoration, lighting, and visual branding aligned with your identity.
Can we entrust you with only the logistical coordination?
  • Absolutely. We offer modular services: either full event management or specific services such as transport coordination, technical logistics, or guest management.

What are your response and preparation times?
  • We are committed to responding quickly to all inquiries.

  • For medium-sized events, we generally recommend a preparation time of 6 to 8 weeks to ensure optimal organization.

     

  • However, we remain flexible and can also handle short-term or urgent projects, subject to availability.

Do you offer environmentally friendly event solutions?
  • Yes. We integrate sustainable practices into our services, including eco-friendly mobility, local suppliers, digitalization, waste management, and carbon offsetting. We can also design eco-responsible events upon request.
