Management

The company is currently run by the fifth generation of the Weber-Heinisch family. Voyages Emile Weber is still a family-run company which strongly believes in its sense of responsibility and innovation. The Webers and Heinischs form a closely-knit family of enthusiasts and visionaries.

4 associate managers currently run the company. Each manager oversees their own line of business, supported by an executive assistant and team managers.
Fernand Weber is therefore in charge of building infrastructure and finance, Emile Weber of Human Resources and IT, Roland Heinisch of the technical side and the fleet, and Fernand Heinisch of tourism and sales.
Their management style is very dynamic, but they remain close to their employees. Innovation and diversification are highly important, whilst putting people at the centre of all aspects of the company’s business.
