Canach, June 2025 – Luxembourg’s Minister for Mobility and Public Works, Yuriko Backes, and Minister for the Economy, Lex Delles, visited Voyages Emile Weber to learn about the latest developments in the company’s partnership with California-based tech firm Pony.ai. The focus of the visit was the joint pilot project for autonomous mobility in Luxembourg.
During their visit, Emile Weber and Pony.ai presented the progress of their collaboration, highlighting the first locally defined operational design domain (ODD) for autonomous vehicles. The ministers had the opportunity to observe the vehicles in operation within this test area.
